hepatitis is extremely contagious! HIV is not as contagious… as we all know kissing is fine with people that are HIV positive.
but hepatitis can be trasnmitted by spitting and hitting the mucus of someone… the eyes, the mouth, the nose, or open cracks in the skin…
there have been several high profile cases where bar staff gave hepatitis to celebs in the past few months… and there wasn't even personal/close contact… the hepatitis positive staff olny had to touch food or drinks that those people had…
