i have noticed your results! its great! i am trying to do the same so i can be in hella good shape for my wedding day (and night =D) this may! im proud of you though!

As for losing the weight and getting in shape. you are looking great i can see a cahnge there. i am on the bandwagon also. my goal is for a two piece on my 43 year old butt that has not seen one in 10 years for August.
