In addition to these things, my daughters school is about 4 blocks from my house so I have started, today, walking to take her and pick her up from school. I totally struggle with my weight, I have about 50 punds to loose, but I carry it pretty well, considering its 50 extra pounds. I don't know why, but your video really inspired me to try and loose weight. I have a rheumatoid condition that is exacerbated by my current weight, so I am trying to match your goal and jog around my neighborhood by Fourth of July in ass crease revealing shorts and a bikini top. (I think it would be "literally" criminal to let the ta-tas flop about un-covered). Go Perez!!!
