Really, you guys, it seems more and more apparent that's she battling some illness. The last pics Perez posted of her I thought she went crazy with the botox or plastic surgery but now seeing these pics its clearly evident she's taking steroids. I've known people who have taken steroids for all kinds of illnesses, like lupus or sometimes hair loss. And they always ends up swelling up. Its not like normal weight gain, its like they've puffed or swollen up with water…and Lara's face looks just like the faces of people on steroid treatment for an illness. If its true, I feel bad for her and hopes she's ok.
Take if from someone who had a nose job and a chin implant. The swelling from plastic surgery on your face can last for weeks. Also, her LIPS were not that BIG before..it's apparent she had work done…. silly goose.

She could be on cortisteroids for some condition - what's known as a "steroid moon-face". Weight gain is also very common - remember Jerry Lewis a few years ago, when he looked like a Macy's balloon?
Why would someone go from scary anorexic skinny to wanting to look pudgy in the face. Give that girl a Brownie and stay away from the injections.

There are a lot of women who try to look younger by filling their face. I know a few foreign actresses/singers who have done the same thing. So it isn't necessarily a reaction to any disease/medication. It could very well be cosmetic. If it is, I think it is way too much. Whatever happened to growing old gracefully?

Oh my goodness!! She looks like crap! I worked with Lara on a movie where we both played prostitutes, and she looked real good then. Pretty and fresh, and newly married (they were very cute together on the set). This is just a tragedy. She is way too young to need this much plastic surgery, and she didn't even need it. Too bad. As others have said before, she has the typical appearance of someone being treated with steroids for a medical condition. Remember Steven Cojocaru also had a significant change in his facial appearance when being treated with steroids for his kidney transplant. Steroids can drastically change someone's appearance - often surprisingly so if one's not expecting it.

many anorexics when in the worst stages of the disease will exhibit a puffy face. perhaps her long term moderate starvation has finally caught up to her. i am also curious to see if she still is stick thin. if she were taking medication that made her face bloated, she would have gained weight all over. she does look remarkably unhealthy.
Perez are you sure this condition is from surgery? My son's hockey coach's face looks just like this and its because he was hospitalized with kidney failure and the meds that he is on have caused this same bloating. If that's the case I really feel bad for her
