I LITERALLY witnessed this happen on the corner of Prince and Mercer in SOHO while eating lunch. Mushy pulled up in an SUV, jumped out with her dog and the paparazzo followed her across the street. She walked to the next corner and then crossed back to her SUV and said "Thanks" with a wave to the photog. No joke. The whole thing took three minutes.
