A gay character is coming out of the closet once Gossip Girl comes back on the air later this month.
And, if this teaser poster is any indication, Chace Crawford's character is not strictly dickly.

We think there's something a little bit wrong with such an overtly sexual ad for a show aimed at teenagers.

the gay character will be bart or eric, they won't make one of the main 3 gay. and this isn't even new, perez, it was part of the pilot episode, and has been show in several eps since (its the flashback of nate and serena having sex at the wedding)
If you read the books, you know who the guy who turns out to be gay is…
The whole point of the books and the series is to give america a look into the world of NYC teens… Guess what we have sex and do drugs if you want to watch something with cristian values maybe turn on CMT I think the show does a good job of showing the positve and negative side of such things. Also,if you read any of the books you will see that the show actualy tames it down a whole lot. Also chuck is the one that comes out of the closet… And good for him and america.

I have only seen this show once, but it seems so obvious that the gay one will be the little brother one, the one who is 'troubled' and in some rehab hospital thing.
I think it's too racy but actually I think if the took a poll the demographic would be young 20s. At least me and my friend read the books in high school and by now when the show has come out, we are all in college. It would be interesting to find out who the actual viewers are.

This show is plain boring. Im not sure how they managed to do that with cool and pretty cast… Its just how many shows about people with money vs regular posers can they produce? And this annoying episode scheme, each the same. Its like hollywood is getting bit rusty, not evolving, recreating the same ideas. No wonder ratings go down.
