Perez never said this was funny…in fact he called it offensive. Give him a break. Plus, things like this happen all the time. The girl was looking for her parents in the audience, missed the steps entirely and managed to get up without so much as a tear. I am sure she was a little sore but fine otherwise and if I was her parents I would have taken her out for some ice cream to make her feel better. Lighten the hell up people!
