She is clearly sporting a bump you goob. As for how large it should be, it all depends on many factors, including: whether it's her first or a subsequent pregnancy, how large her baby is, what position the baby is in, how long Nicole's torso is, how deep her pelvis is, wow, there's probably even more….Not to mention, her clothing can skew the appearance of any bump as well. I didn't show at all until my 7th month and then it was like *POW, baby in here. I have a long torso, my stomach muscles were tight as I'd never been pregnant before, etc…
Her stomach was concaved in, her bones were residing! She is probably due any day now…this is huge for her!
That vain bit*h isn't pregnant. She'll probably buy an adorable little white baby right before she's "due".
Not everybody puts on a lot of weight when they are pregnant! When I had my first I only had a little bump, and I wore my jeans till I was 7 months pregnant… I also have twins, and even when I was expecting them I only put on 6 kilos!!! It is quite normal for skinny people to have small bumps when they are pregnant….

Yeah she doesnt look big at all, but some people dont show till 7 months. I popped out around 5 or 6 but I had belly fat the whole time. I love the pregnant look, she is wierd. I still am wandering how it happened she couldnt do it in her 20's so who knows

Mr. Kidman looks like he got his absurd vest and pants outfit for $95 from International Male. The silk blouse he borrowed from his wife. All in all, a horrific look, although it does go with his "Gayken" hair-do.

Though I definitely see a bump there, I believe the cut of her dress makes it look smaller than it really is. When I was pregnant with my first child, I didn't even have to start wearing maternity clothes until my 7th month, at which point my bump seemed to "pop" overnight!
My friend knew a girl who didn't know she was pregnant until the hospital told her she was in labour. She was rake thin and didn't even have a bump - it can happen with first ones sometimes, especially if the person is thin and fit.

Leave her alone. I was able to hide my pregnancy until I was almost 7 months pregnant. People carry their babies differently. It wasn't until the last 2 months that I blew up like a balloon

i work in obstetrics, everyone carries differently. she is long, the baby has room in there. give the poor woman a break. she is clearly pregnant. perez, you're kinder than that.

She is fine - i had the same thing, didn't even show unti well into my seventh month, I could have gone through my whole pregnancy without people knowing if I wanted….tall and fit does a body good. I had a 6 lb baby and was wearing my jeans again 3 days later.

seriously people, saying she's not pregnant because she's 5-6 months along and isn't showing yet? Not everyone is the same - Some women go their whole 9 months and still look less pudgy in the tummy than other non-pregnant people. I was only 126 lbs when I was 9 months pregnant - but delivered a very healthy 7lb, 5oz baby girl - and I didn't really start to show until the third trimester …. she's a beautiful, radiant looking mommy to be and I wish her, Keith and their baby all the best

She is not pregnant. She cannot have children. All the bullshit about her miscarriages- i know for a fact she has a condition where she cannot give birth. It's great people think her breasts have grown- except they are implants. A woman of 40 plus would have wrinkles without botox except she has clearly not stopped for the "pregnancy". There is a surrogate. She probaly just drank 4 litres of soda water before the red carpet appearance and wore some well hidden padding.

Marlena. except kristen had a woman that looked just like her that was in fact pregnnt go to all of the appointments etc. well Nicole is beaucoup rich and maybe has pregnant look-a-like that fills in for her sometimes and is buying her baby from her. she could have been inspired by days. you never know.

Wow. Just because she's carrying small - she's not pregnant? I didn't look pregnant right up until my eighth month and wore size 0 jeans the whole way though. I had healthy babies (3) and still don't look like I've given birth. I was and always have been fit and toned. Not gym junkie toned, but more stretchy pilates yoga kinda toned. Nicole's body is in excellent condition for her to have a good birthing experience. I had my last child at age 38.
Seriously, we've become so used to looking at lazy slack bodies that they are the norm, and anyone that is outside that - eg healthy and fit is considered somehow wrong…
I'm just a normal person with a normal build, but when I was pregnant with my first, no matter how much I ate, I couldn't gain any weight. I only gained 5 pounds during my pregnancy — and the baby was 6 1/5 pounds at birth. I mostly carried in my butt for some reason; just like Nicole seems to be doing. It got wider and wider, even though I didn't look very pregnant until the last few weeks before giving birth. Give the poor woman a break; no pregnant woman needs people dissecting how she looks like this.
Just look at the People/style/vote for last night look and see the picture of Nicole, her stomack is soooooooooo flat there´s no way she is pregnant. Many people saying that she carrying with her butt, but the only thing that´s going down is her cheak implants.

What would you know about pregnancy, Perez? It's something that is never going to be an item in your life. Nicole Kidman is very tall and thin, and it's her first child. She will take longer to "show" than a shorter, broader woman. When I had my first, my bump took over 5 months to start showing. With may second, it took only 4. All women are different. Stick to what you know. How you can turn the way a woman looks during her pregnancy into a bitch session is beyond me. Your material is starting to get tired and boring.
She's tall. I am almost 6' tall and I didn't show until I was 8 months and even then I only looked like I had "gained" weight when in actuality I had gained 25lbs…..Leave the girl alone. There's a bump there. Lots of room for baby to stretch out like my son did.

There's no way she could possibly be nearly seven months along in this photo. I believe that somewhere out there is a very tall, pale redheaded woman who is acting as a surrogate for Nicole and Keith. They most likely found a Nicole look-alike who agreed to be artificially inseminated with Keith Urban's sperm, so that it will at least be his biological child. I imagine that Tom Cruise has severely bruised Nicole's self-esteem not only by dumping her in such a callous fashion, but also by pretending to be the bio father of the baby that Katie Holmes conceived with Chris Klein. This is probably her way of "saving face". She will continue to wear a small fake "bump" until the surrogate delivers the infant in July. Good for her.
I have the utmost respect for Nicole. She has got her life together. And I don't think she's the kind of person that would lie about something as personal as having a baby. If there was a surrogate mother, she would be honest about it to the public. I have never really seen her beauty on the outside. I've always thought that she looked pale/washed out or whatever. But now she has that hormonal glow about her and I think she looks great.
