The same thing happened when Chris Daughtry was inexplicably voted off. It doesn't make sense and viewers turn away in disgust. Idol is broken. The voting remains a mess. Teenie boppers get on there and vote a million times for the David Archuleta's and Jason Castro's. The adults won't vote repetitively to that extent for their favorites. So everything gets skewed, and the results are often faulty.
