Two teens, 18-year-old Melvin Blevins and 16-year old Angel Dailey have been charged with corrupting/endangering a child in Pataskala, Ohio, after police say they forced a toddler (age 2!!!) to smoke pot and videotaped the whole thing.
Authorities learned of the tape after a Columbus, Ohio, pawn shop dealer found it in a camcorder.
Police received the video of the toddler on Monday.
According to the report, the toddler inhales and then chokes on the pot in the video. After that, the video shows 'a man' who we assume to be Blevins, mimicking the toddler's coughing.
We are speechless. This is truly one of the most disturbing things we've heard.
These fucktards need to go to jail! Like now!!!!

Dear God what is the world coming to? And what could possibly have happened to those two teens that they could think this is ok to do to a defenseless infant. This is a symptom of bigger problem, and what it says about the world we live in. We are all witnesses to the decline of humanity. We can either be part of the problem or the solution. Think about it.

I actually saw parents do something like this to their twins. I was only a teenager and we were smoking pot at a friends house and this couple came around with their babies. They started smoking with us and to my amazement they blew their own smoke in their babies faces. The babies were coughing and making faces like they didn't like it, but the parents kept laughing. It was the most sickest thing I ever saw and I only wish that I would have seen it as an adult and not been so insecure about voicing my opinion (I never laughed with them, though). I quit smoking pot that day. I always wondered what ever happened to those poor babies. Sadly, I think that this happens more often than we would like to think.

This is why we need to pass legislation that requires people to obtain a license to have a child. We need a license to drive, get married, carry a gun, etc. Why would we not require potential parents to obtain a license first?? If they have a child without a license they are automatically placed in jail and the child is taken away. Come on people…most of the world's problems are from over population, but since every tom, dick, & harry (and jane) needs to see a little version of themselves running around, they just have kids, just to have kids, and most are NOT ready for it financially, mentally, or emotionally. This is just one more extreme story proving that point.

OMG!! Are the 18 yr. old and the 16yr. old her parents??????? I hope the baby never remembers that horrible abuse. If they aren't her parents her parents should be thrown in jail too!!! I am so blessed to have one child and because of cancer can't bilogically have anymore. In process of adoption and my family goes through a CIA shakedown practically… which is fine because I'll go through whatever it takes!!! It's just another type of labor!

I live in Columbus (about 25 minutes from Pataskala) and it's all over the news of course. The little girl is ok and doctors said that there is no longterm damage…fortunately. The two teenagers are, rightfully so, being hit with a slew of charges. They should spend a very long time in jail…but they'll be the kind of assholes that get out of it!

I saw this news yesterday on Nancy Grace. I am so shocked that these people would do something like that to an iinocent baby. These 2 people should be sent to jail ASAP, also the 16 yr old, i wish the law didnt protect minoprs, just becuz the girlfriend is 16 doesnt mea she is supposed to walk free fom this..I am deeply saddened for this baby, i c ant express how sad I am to know that people would do something like that to a baby.
