Two teens, 18-year-old Melvin Blevins and 16-year old Angel Dailey have been charged with corrupting/endangering a child in Pataskala, Ohio, after police say they forced a toddler (age 2!!!) to smoke pot and videotaped the whole thing.
Authorities learned of the tape after a Columbus, Ohio, pawn shop dealer found it in a camcorder.
Police received the video of the toddler on Monday.
According to the report, the toddler inhales and then chokes on the pot in the video. After that, the video shows 'a man' who we assume to be Blevins, mimicking the toddler's coughing.
We are speechless. This is truly one of the most disturbing things we've heard.
These fucktards need to go to jail! Like now!!!!

The saddest part of this story is that those two kids probably got a terrible price for that camera. Everyone knows that pawn shops just don't pay as much as they used to, and that you're lucky to get 50% of what the item is actually worth. Such a tragedy.

If you read that article, the vid was found on a hard drive of a hocked vid camera. The guy that hocked it was busted by the cops and found with a shit load of weed and over 3 million dollars. As a mother to a little girl the same age (according to cnn yesterday who said she was 18 months in the video) this made me sick to my stomach and brought tears to my eyes. People who would hold down a kicking and fighting (or not kicking and fighting) precious baby girl and make her smoke pot into her pure little lungs should go to jail for a LONG time! I just hope they get the longest sentence possible for this crime….it's disgusting! God blesses us with children…they are a gift! and it's time people started treating them like it….so sad.

I saw this on Nancy Grace on Monday and I Had to change the channel. The girl was 18 months old in a onsie and diaper. He kept forcing her to inhale and she would shake her head and try to move away it was awful. The girl knew how to inhale so I doubt it was the first time. So terribly sad!

I agree this is really bad and all butttt its not that huge of a deal to get a kid high. My little brother had surgery recently (he's 2yo also) and was given really high doses of codeine and other painkillers. He was high for days, it seemed.
