It was live she did have back-up singers like they all do. She was the one singing though she didn't lip-sync!

For actual PROOF as to whether or not she's lip synching…Look at 2:20. When she removes the mic from the stand her mouth is a foot away from the mic…yet her voice never falters?!?!?!? Hmm…
I personally am in the camp that she left her vocals on the backup track. BECAUSE I think she's too damn busy trying to stay on her feet in those damn 6 inch heels, and trying to suck in her gut to focus on her singing. She should wear some decent heels on stage, not wobble around like an idiot. She should also invest in some clothes that fit well. If you're trying to suck in you gut to keep the rolls at bay in spandex, you're not going to be singing as well as you can.
Look at the footage from the 90s when she actually put effort into her singing, it's sad how bad she's gotten. And she looked more beautiful then, even if she weighed 10 pounds more. I used to be a big fan…is it any wonder why I'm not anymore???

Yes! I thought that last night when I watched. It wasn't until the end though. You could tell a track came in and the camera backed way away from her for about the last 30 secs of the song. That was her at the beginning but her voice sounded really weak… it was def. a track at the end though… you can tell b/c there was no strain in her neck at the end!

That was my next post - just LOOK at 2:20! Her face is FAR from the mic and yet the sound stays the same. LIPSYNCH! And it's true, look at her 90's performances. When she really got into it and sang, her effort showed and she looked like she was singing for REAL! Now, her voice is SHOT and she struggles to sing the easiest notes, and TOTALLY looks like she's taking a dump to hit the higher ones whenever she does sing live. But, here, she MIRACULOUSLY looked effortless??? Give me a break. Open your eyes and ears and see that Mariah's singing has gone down the toilet!
I used to love her, too. But I'm SO not a fan anymore. At this stage of Mariah's voice - and this is not a shot against Madonna - Madonna now sings better than Mariah! And Madonna hardly EVER lipsynchs. Check out her concerts. So don't even go there.
It was completely live up until 3:20, and then she goes in and out with the backtrack helping out. I'm a huge Mariah fan, and just being honest. There is a part when its obvious when the backtrack is all fucked up with craziness going on. it's not the first time its happened.

the truth is CLEAR. she sang all of it live, but when the high part at the end came on, the track came on… she may have sang over it, but we heard mostly the track and the back up singers… and then she came in and did her little soft shit at the end of the song to try to convince us that she sang those high notes live.
