Sex & The City's token ginger head, Cynthia Nixon has blabbed that one of the characters in the film DIES.
She refused to say who it is, though.
One of them dies?!

We think it will be Charlotte or Samantha.
Charlotte could die giving birth to that baby she's supposed to be preggers with.
Samantha's cancer could come back and maybe kill her?
It would be amazing if they killed of Carrie, though!!!

I WONDER IF ITS ONE OF THE GIRLS OR BIG? I like big even though he is kinda of a BIG asshole to carrie in the past, but i dont want him to die i dont want anyone to die. I guess it will be a tear jerker, unless they are trying to throw people off since alot of the movie has been leaked which would make lots of since ya dig
I always thought BIG was going to die, ever since i found out there would be a movie, in alot of the spoiler pics they show all the girls in black cloths, i know its not much but i dont think it is any of them especially because sarah jessica said that she was pushing for another movie after this one! AND sara jessica said on Regis that something BIG and unexpected was going to happen, and in hte new trailer they are supposed to get married but something happens and they dont so idk!
It's probably Steve's mother or some other marginal character.
Re: BlissBoo – In the trailer, Charolotte has a huge belly and Carrie is rubbing it. She's definitely pregnant which would make sense. Most women ironically end up conceiving after adopting because they aren't stressed about trying to have a baby anymore!

She has alzheimers, and when Steve says "it only happened one time, it didn't mean anything" makes me think that his Ma dies, he gets wasted at the bar or something along those lines, cheats on Miranda!! I'm a genius.
judging from the trailer (that i've watched too many times) it gives the audience the feeling that BIG dies…heart attack maybe?

I've actually seen the movie, and NO ONE DIES! Perez, don't call it a spoiler unless you know it's true! Instead, call it a publicity rumor to get people to talk about the movie, cause that's clearly what they wanted you to do. Geez.
I saw a long trailer where at the beginning, we see Carrie all happy and about to move in with big… and then for the rest of the trailer, we see he all sad, surrounded by her friends and she mentions that things don't always end up happily ever after to Charlotte's daughter! So… I'm pretty sure it's Big… which makes me not want to go see it… and I'm such a huge fan! Such a disappointment!

It's BIG. Carrie gets the call while walking up the stairs to be married that he is not there and they find out that he was in an accident and has died- and then from there Carrie decides to change things in her life, clean up, get an assistant- feminine dramedy ensues.

It's not going to be one of the big main characters it's probably one of the minor characters or one of their family members.
I think it's Big. The trailer made it look like big dies right before the wedding.
And There are four ladies, Stanford and Anthony in the church. If Steve's mom dies, does Carrie drop the cell phone or cancel the wedding? It's not important to her and her wedding. But…Big's death is too easy to guess from the trailer. No twist…..
There is no way she could give that information without being sued by the distributor of the film.
alright everyone - if you simply go on youtube you will see Carrie hitting BIG with her bouquet yelling "I knew it i knew it, you humiliated me" later, Charlotte sees BIG while shopping, at this point she is pregnant and goes into labor, WHILE fighting with BIG, leaving BIG to take her to the hospital..BIG offers to take her to the hospital since his car was there, this is most likely where Carrie and Big will meet again. soo its not BIG! Itll probably be Magda or Steves mom, bc steves mom was very sick towards the end of the last episode, when she eats pizza out of the garbage. soo everyone rest assure, BIG nor any of the ladies die.

I don't know many ladies that if caught on cable television looking like Parker does in that hideous ill-fitting wedding dress (or actually anything she would wear) would not hesitate to throw themselves in front of any form of public transportation! Better yet if they pan down the vehicle that buh-bumps over Parker's useless form and captures the intelligent, skilled, and ever hot Aiden humming to something on his ipod! Seriously though, this movie is waaaaay too late in coming and if the stale, tired, look of the leading ladies is any hint of whats too come…its going to be one of those late night tv movies they play at 1 am in no time at all!!

I think it's Big - only because in the trailer, they show her just about to walk down the aisle and she drops her cell phone - as if she is told bad news, then she goes off in a cab by herself. BUT … remember, they did say there might be a dream sequence.

I suspect it might be Big. The trailer eludes to carrie leaving her wedding in a hurry with some of the girls after a phone call where she drops her mobile. And like mentioned earlier in a post she's seen wearing black and other little hints etc. I hope it not Big though because that is the biggest disappointment to have watched their on and off roller coaster relationship for so many years, to finally have them get together at the end only to kill him off when she is truly happy!!! That result would kinda piss me off…..

Cynthia said it was someone Close to CARRIE, so people like Steve, his mother, Harry etc are probably not the unlucky one. It could be her new assistant (the American Idol girl I think it was) who could become close to Carrie, Big or Stanford. I doubt it would be one of the girls (they have talked about a sequel and without all 4 girls it would never work). However, Big has been such a huge part of the show that it would be wierd if a sequel were to be made without him popping up, although his "spirit" would linger, for it would be all that Carrie would talk about probably. However, before the movie was in the works, Chris Noth (Big) said that the script called for Mr Big to die, so perhaps when the finally decided to go throught with the movie they used that script.
