ummm no! Shes just doing some more stuff and looking FAB while doing it!..Stop hating on her shes gorgeous.
she was always really pretty..her face looks less round..her cheekbones are more defined..it's hard to say, but she looks great!
It looks like she had that procedure done where they remove the fat pads from inside the cheeks to give a more "chissled" look. She looks AMAZING!

Like most people, she grew out of her teenage looks … you don't seem to realize how young she was throughout the show.
Her brows and makeup are better too, if you ask me.

she is wearing contacts to try and cover up her eyes, it didn't work out to well now instead of being blue in one eye and green in the other she has them two different shades of brown, i guess she couldn't get brown contacts to make them match? anyway i like the blue eye green eye look better on her myself

Her nose was alot pudgier and her fae was def rounder and fuller- but you can see her cheek bones now- I dont know if this is natural- but even if she lost weight thats a huggge difference- I hardly recognized her in the new movie previews for Sarah Marshall. Eeeekkkk

Those aren't contacts, it's called heterochromia, where your eyes are two different colors. Kate Bosworth has it too, if you look.
Remember Mila was only like 14 years old when she started on that 70's show. She lied and said she was 16 so that she could get the job. I think this is just her changing into a woman. She looks great

Re: yes – idiot. the cheek definition is created with contouring powder, the nose is almost exactly identical except the new picture has highlighter on it (making the appearance of a thinner nose), and it's called plumping GLOSS. collagen injections would look a lot more pronounced.
