I don't get why everyone is defending her and saying she's just a young girl, blah, blah, blah. Unfortunately, when you voluntarily put yourself in the "public eye" you open yourself up to all kinds of criticism. This isn't a picture of a girl just hanging out with her mom on an average day- she's obviously at a publicized event posing for press photographers. Once you open that door, there's no turning back. That's the price you pay for fame. If you want to stay out of the line of fire of public scrutiny, STAY HOME. Nobody told Rumer to go stand in the spotlight.

She looks pretty, I think she does the best she can with what she has. I don't think a plastic surgeon can shorten/change jaw bones. It would be much too drastic of an operation, and too risky for beauty's sake. Her other features are nice.

I recently saw her in person in New York this past weekend, and in person, she is actually quite stunning. I do agree that she does not photograph well though! She still had the short hair at that point and thought it gave her an edgier look, which works for her.
