The girl need a jaw and chin reduction. But if she likes the way she looks then I guess I can just not look at her. Poor thing she really got the bad end of the stick.

I'm not a big fan of plastic surgery, but she should consider having her jaw, chin and cheek bones worked on. It isn't her fault her dna map for her facial structure came from Bruce. She would be absolutely gorgeous with a smaller bottom face.
Her hair and makeup should highlight her eyes/nose area to distract from the lower half in the meantime! Her body looks fantastic.

Although I don't like Rumer and agree that she has a big ol' potato head, she actually looks stunningly beautiful in this picture. She has a killer body, her outfit is great, her skin and makeup look flawless, and her hair is perfect. I agree that her hairstyle draws attention away from her elongated facial bone structure. My recommendation for her would be to see a plastic surgeon who specializes in facial bone feminization surgery to reduce the size of her jaw.
