I don't think she was that horrible..I mean is certainly wasn't good, but I wouldn't call it a mess. I was really distracted by that retarded guitar player at the beginning though.

Not bad. It may not be the right song for her (can you imagine Mariah singing a song written for a lower voice) but not bad at all. It's just not a song written for her vocals.

I think for some reason she doesn't do her best when her performances are televised. I've seen her in concert twice and she did an amazing job each time. Also, this song is in a lower register, which can be difficult to perform.

I always find it really sad when I see these performers who have absolutely no vocal range become stars and see their awesome back-up singers singing at the back in the dark. Until we return to valuing singers based on their talent and not on how skinny/beautiful they are we are going to continue to have these crap singers! Just think of all the wonderful singers of the past that would never make it today because they aren't pretty enough…

She was in a bad register. If they would have moved the key up it probably would have been better. Sometimes rough live vocals make these people seem real, and sometimes the best part about live is that it's a little raw and real.

It really wasn't that bad. I've seen her live performances where she actually sounds awful. This was a step up from that, and really, she could have put more passion into it, but it wasn't horribly done.

I don't think she sounds the bad, and she can sing. I saw her a couple summer ago at Jones Beach and she sounded incredible. She can sing, and I think she sounds great. She's not Mariah Carey, but she sounds really good.

I think the biggest problem is not her voice, but that this song is WAY too low for her. She is trying to sing beneath her range. Andthen her pitch os thrown up for the rest of the song. Not good-not good at all.
Still, as much as I used to detest her, she has grown on me a bit. She's okay.
