weed shouldnot be classified as a drug. it's a plant, and if you just so happen to set it on fire, there are some effects.
with every other substance classified as a drug in the world, something MUST be done to it for it to have an effect. i.e. something must be added, the mixture must be heated or cooked or whatever.
