Who is the asshole that leaked them is the first thought that comes to my mind. Its one thing to snap photos of celebs in public. Its a whole other thing to leak personal and private pics. Gah, I usually don't stand up for Miley and I hate knowing these things, but the first one looks photoshopped. I mean, look at her left cheek, there's freaking waves in it.
