She's suing mad!
Anna Nicole Smith's momma, Virgie Arthur, is out to get some Texan bloggers and TMZ for spreadin' falsehoods ’bout her on the internet which, she claims, dirtied up her reputation and lost her the rights to be the legal caretaker of granddaughter heiress, Dannielynn.
Virgie filed a complaint against said parties in a Texas state court on Monday.
Arthur's complaint stems from a story titled Virgie Has Son with Her Stepbrother posted last April on TMZ. The story implies that the couple were stepsiblings prior to their relationship, said Arthur's lawyer.
TMZ and their lawyers did not comment on the suit.
Lyndal Harrington, one of the Texan bloggers targeted by Virgie says she was shocked to hear about the lawsuit and that it's been "hard to find an attorney to stand up for (her) First Amendment rights."
Aren't there public defenders in Texas who can help the bloggers out?!! Hmm. On second thought, maybe you only get a public defender if you do something crazy like armed robbery.

First this bitch is a freak. Anna Nicole Smith and this women didnt even get along in the first place, and since she died all she has tried to do is get attention for herself, sad.
Some of these post prove the point ,Red is part of QV look at he hate she or he spews and they say va is slandered. seems to me that if the rest of Qv computer was shown it would show she put the article up first and no amount of skipping post and only showing partial things instead of all that was said.I have gone to the Rose speaks site and it has all court papers up from both sides not just one side and there are articles about others besides ANS,Some even proving the misinformation put out there by not only WV but o'quinn,McCabe and yes VA herself was just that misinformation to make others look bad.as far as anyone being in court they did not have to be there in fact from my understanding McCabe was shut down and told this judge was not going to go there.
I'm not sure those bloggers need any help, I mean the judge should rightfully laugh Virgie out of the court room. There should be a limit to the number of law suits a person can bring over the same issue because this is just bordering on absurd. I hope maybe Larry sees how ridiculous Virgie looks and decides not to pursue the money that Anna was trying to get from the Marshalls for so many years.
I find it funny that for over a year Virgie sure didn't care about the bloggers. But now she has lost in the inquest she files this bogus suit. Since when dose a grandmother get rights to a child over the father? NEVER IF HE IS A GOOD FATHER AND LARRY IS…Now she is saying she wants to be a third party to watch over DL money. WHAT…again that is the fathers job not the grandmothers. If Virgie thinks she lost custody and visitation rights because someone wrote an article about her having a child with who ever she is SO SO mistaken. No one cares about the birth of her kids, she lost because her actions to Larry. Quinn going on Greta saying Virgie will raise DL and Larry can come and visit on Holidays and Summers. And Virige will handle DL money not Larry because she thinks he was to young to know how to handle money. Then on Greta she said .. OH LARRY IF HOWARD HAS ANYTHING ON YOU SON YOU CAN TELL ME. That is where they started the gay crap. And lets not forget she tried to stop him from taking DL home to the States. She went to court in the Bahamas and they said NO TO HER AND FINED HER 3,000 bucks. So NO ARTICLE made her lose anything it was her ACTIONS. And now the public is seeing it for themselves. Money is the game and it always will be. If she has a trust fund set up for DL that is great. She can handle that account but not the others that is Larrys job.
Re: polly – Boy you are right on and when you think of all the slander that team Virgie and the whole group that works for O'Quinn put out about Howard & Larry and none of it true. All Virgie and O'Ginn see is any way to try and get the marshall money. And it is not up to Larry to drop the marshall lawsuit. There are attorneys that have worked for over 12 years on this case and it would not be fair to them. Anna's estate would have to drop it and I believe if the estate did then the lawfirm that worked on this would sue her estate. Larry gets no part of the Marshall money only DL and the attorneys that worked on it.
