Nicole Kidman looks almost unrecognizable at a press conference for UNIFEM at the United Nations in New York City on Tuesday.
The pregnant Australian actress looks SO much better without any Botox. Not that she's ever had any Botox. *Cough* *Cough*
Kidman has repeatedly denied claims that she's partaken of the Botox juice.
Well, whatever she's doing these days, keep THAT up!
And, kudos to her for raising awareness for UNIFEM.

Your lips swell when you are pregnant, so although she may have done something to her mouth, the larger pout could very well be natural.
Are you kidding, Mario? It looks like she's now had her nose and lips done, too. There is nothing "natural" looking about that picture!

Pregnancy and being away from Hollywood for a time does seem to be good for her. I had the HUGEST crush on her for years; she helped me realize I wanted to come out of the closet as a lesbian.
She is very pretty as a blonde, but I miss her as a redhead from her "Practical Magic" days… ay carumbah! smokin!
Being pregnant, having a not-crazy husband, and happiness seems to agree with her as well as help her find a voice in support of an important cause. She could save a fortune in make up expenditures if she saw this image of her the way the rest of the world does.

That shade is bad for her skin color. I always thought that she looked absolutely luminous with red hair. She should go back to that.

Good to see that Nikkers staying off the botox. Let”s just hope that when the baby arrives she doesn't go back to it. She should learn to age gracefully anyway. Unfortunately, she is still not natural. That is NOT her real hair. She has hair extensions in this photo, and is well known for wearing wigs too. Her own hair is now grey and thin and frizzed out of control. But I do agree with you all that she looked best around 1993 when she had the beautiful red hair.

I saw Nicole last Friday having lunch at Whole Foods in Nashville. She looked amazing!i was 3 feet from her and I believe she had no makeup, natural hair pulled back, and she was stunning. She is a natural beauty.

Nicole has a unique type of beauty and is not one of the blonde and big boobed 'set' clones of Hollywood. As for people saying they wish she would go back to her 'natural' red hair - I think you are a little misinformed. Nicole Kidman is naturally a blonde and dyed her hair red for roles in a movie and when the red hair distinguished her from other actresses and became her trademark, she continued to dye it red. So although I agree that she looks great with red hair, Nicole is actually a blonde and appears to have gone au naturale with her pregnancy by opting not to continue dyeing her hair red. As for the lips, I agree they appear to be bigger than when she was younger. However Nicole may be like myself who 'cheats' by buying lip plumping lipsticks and lip glosses. I honestly cannot imagine Nicole going out and continuing to have cosmetic surgery on her lips during her pregnancy when she appears to have opted to go au naturale with her hair and skin. Nicole really looks beautiful during her pregnancy and is absolutely glowing. I am so happy she is having a long awaited natural baby as she deserves it.
