Mario, you look awesome! I used to be a 130 lbs (at heaviest) marathon runner until I was in two very bad car accidents in the same year. They left me with terrible back and nerve damage. I have not been able to exercise in two years and it has been torture. I have gained about 60 lbs and for a 5'5" female, weighing 190 lbs, it is impossible to not get incredibly depressed just looking at myself. I also suffer from a million other health problems now. Yes, it is incredibly shallow to base your feelings on how you look, but it's true: When you feel better about yourself physically, you just carry yourself in a very positive and confident manner. Sad, but true.
Anyway, point being that you have fast become my weight-loss hero. I'm right there with you as far as a "feel great in a bathing suit by summer" goal, only mine is for a wedding. Normally, I would not care, but my ex of 3 years will be there with his new girlfriend and I can't stand the thought of them seeing me obese. When we were together for four years, I had literally worked my ass off to get in top shape and looked incredible. Ahhhh… what I wouldn't do to have that body now… Let's get hot again by our goals and then throw ourselves a big party to celebrate!!!
