This often happens with celebrity moms who are known for their appearance that is they go out on a limb to show they "still got it". However, the shortness of this dress or skirt just makes her look totally stupid.

That looks terrible. She is vying for attention in that dress, and it makes her look desperate and ridiculous. Is her marriage in trouble? It reminds me of some of the monstrous outfits Sharon Stone started wearing just prior to her divorce from Phil Bernstein.
