I thought the video was interesting. Many girls assume that they are "lacking" because they don't look like a movie star: look at how much work and how many people it takes to get Scarlett ready. From her lashes to her nails to her tattoo, she's just smothered in heavy makeup.
The shots of her, moles highly visible or in her regular clothes with a cap on, those contrast highly to how we normally see her: made up like some breathing confection. She's more than her breasts or her face, of course she wants others to appreciate that fact as well. Her business requires the breasts and the face, but that shouldn't define her.
