Perez, you actually are starting to look very sexy! I am proud of you that you made the decision to eat healthy and excercise it will add years to your life and you will avoid all kinds of health risks. I have been dieting (I always have excercised for 3 mos. now, I have my one cheat day too… but then I always fast on Monday. I have been consistently losing a lb a week. slow progress, but I am in no rush. Don't you feel more in control of your life? and just happier? its a great feeling. Keep it up!!! see you on the beach.

I made this commitment on Jan.11, of this year….NO MORE FEELING BAD. I got a personal trainer (charged it - didn't care — this is my life!!!) I am 47 years old, three teen age sons, and in menopause. POOR POOR PATHETIC me - NO MORE!!!

i love you the way you are, but good for you maybe you will stay away from diabetes, or heart desease,or even high blood pressure, which is a killer, lay off the salt, caffiene drinks, and even juices, they are loaded with sugar.

Go Perez. It's good that you are so motivated but please be prepared to peak at some point and not see tremendous progress all the time. You will plateau and it is important to keep yourself motivated and keep exercising even when you don't feel like it. Sometimes it will be difficult but just tell yourself, "If being fit was easy, everyone would do it!" You're looking better already, keep going…
you seem to act different and less enthused once you couldn't see your face since the video camera wasn't working…are you a fraud?
hi perez! today i just ran up the gazillions of stairs in my campus to get to class and oh. my. god… i did it without pain or getting winded.. i mean, i was walking up with other students and i was the biggest one amoung them but i was passing them all and reached the door first… i use to be one of the last ones… wooooooo to a healthier stronger heart!

Okay, I have tried so hard not to like you, but this puts me over the edge. I like you. A lot. Way to do 50 bicycle crunches!
