As far as Miley, it will be a lonnnnng time before she gets a grip on what the controversy is really about, probably a decade or more before she can look back and realize how exploitive this whole thing was; just like it took Brooke Shields a long time to go to court to have her photos blocked (which were much worse in my opinion). Shields lost her case and when you look at those pics of her and Lizanne Falk there is no doubt they were aimed at pedophiles and there is no explaining the mindset of Teri Shields and Falk's parents either.
First of all, he did not attack her nor did he sink his fangs into her. He was very mild and controlled, if you ever watched him you would know that. I don't blame the girl, I blame her parents. It's their job to protect her and to make sure that what is decided by her agent is in her best interest as a 15 year old, not what is in their best interest when it comes to how much money she is making……….What she does is fare game. It certainly is for this website so why not for Mr. O' Reilly or anyone else? (is that really how you spell his name?) I watched several shows that were much harder on her than he was……Celebs expect all the good coverage they can get so it's all fare game. As parents who have put money in her bank account it's up to us to decide if we want to continue to do so. I think they made a big mistake but I think she will go on to do just fine. I think the other photos with the friends and the one of her showing her bra are more of an insight to her character. The vanity fair shots, however, don't speak well of her parents judgement. She's a 15 year old kid. She needs to be much more careful……now onto the next story……please.

It has more to do with the fact that she is so popular right now that every media outlet and their brother has to talk about anything that she does. I honestly think that there is always going to be a problem with Disney stars for the simple fact that Disney has such a tight leash on its talent that it creates a rebellion in the kids that it fosters. It seems to me that most of these young girls that come from Disney end up wanting to do the exact opposite of what it is that Disney tries to portray these girls are. She is "15" and we all know that that is a very rough age as it is. She has racy pictures on the internet as well and I don't think that she wants to be seen as this complete innocent girl, she wants to have a young hip cool racy edge to her obviuosly and with all that has happened with Britney and whoever else lately there just isn't going to be a positive image for someone her age acting the way that she is. On a personal note, I love MIley. I think the overall image she represents is good, and i work with tons of kids who look up to her and adore her. More than likely those kids won't hear about all of this until they're much older, and if anything they'll learn a valuable lesson from all of this seeing all the backlash she's getting. If anything, i think we the public are to blame. Clearly Miley did not make this decision on her own. High end executives, her parents, etc. knew about it and thought it would be a good idea. Her parents probably didn't think it would be a bad idea, they probably thought it would be a good way to show the world she is growing up. Execs and her management team probably okay'd it because sadly they believed there is a market for this stuff. Hannah Montana the concept itself can be torn down if you analyze it enough!
