I actually met her once and Chris Martin on the street in NYC and they were both lovely and nice to me. I am a fan of coldplay and apologized for bothering them. She even took a picture of me, Chris and my sister for us. So you say she is snotty not from my experience.
Perez does not like Gwyneth because she does not pander to him like no-talent, flavor-of-the week celebutantes of the Speidi ilk. She is an actor who has chosen not to make her private life available 24/7 to the paparazzi and desperados like Perez himself. So he is reminded (ouch!) that he's a powerless wannabe who yearns to get close, but is rejected. She is an elegant, intelligent, actor who is taken seriously beyond the little goldfish bowl of Hollywood. And it hurts to be ignored, doesn't it, sweetie?
