As a mother of seven children I find the pictures of Miley with her father far more disturbing than this one. I just think those pictures from the shoot are rather creepy. They just look too provocative for a father daughter picture and not in a good way.

I think it's disgusting that people are encouraging this kind of behavior. She's a role model for children, yet people are saying it's ok to model for a picture that is supposed to look like she's naked? I see absolutely nothing wrong with the picture taken by Photographer Annie Leibovitz. I think it's tasteful and artistic. In case some of you haven't noticed, she is more covered in the shot than if she were in a bikini.

Well I am from France, and a Frencg TV Shows came to talk about the pictures, they first explained all the fuss about the photos, showing us the reaction of all the speakers on different channels and then they showed the pictures I can tell you everybody was amazing how strongly the US reacted to that photos. They don't show anything and the photographer is one of the most famous at the moment, it's her who does or did Vuitton advertising campaign (with Catherine Deneuve, Jennifer Lopez, Keith Richards), she's really good.
Bottom line I think it's pure hypocrisy, sex is everywhere, there is pregnant teens everywhere, you cannot ignore sex (and the picture where not sexual I think). Look at all TV Shows that show sex Nip Tuck, Californication or even Skins which is about teenagers. She is just in today's world and still play a good role model.

This photo is not a sexy seductive photo. Annie did not have her give a come hither look for the photo. I think it shows her youth and her placement in society. She is living in the adult world, has adult responsibilities, schedules harder than most adults have, yet she has no time to be a kid. Ithink the photo shows that.
