The never ending debate over the million dollar question!
The sex tape has ruined Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag's friendship and divided many friends and the millions of The Hills viewers into opposing sides.
Now, Beef Curtain's ex-boyfriend, Jason Wahler, is speaking out against Spencer Pratt.
Spencer was on The Tyra Banks Show yesterday and said, "I know for 100% fact it did exist – 1000%!"
Heidi also claims it's not a rumor, adding, "From what I have heard from confirmed sources… her ex-boyfriend was going around trying to sell it."
Somehow that wouldn't surprise us of Jason.
As for Lauren still having the tape, Heidi adds, "Well, I mean, I am not sure she has it anymore… but from what I've heard… I am not really allowed to elaborate."
Did Lauren burn the tape? Does Jason still have it?
In a statement, Wahler says, "I do not have a sex tape of Lauren Conrad and one does not exist. Spencer Pratt is lying again to get attention. Lauren is my friend and it is insulting to her to suggest this."
Is it insulting or just a possible money loss?

Heidi and Spencer's story seems to change. On Ryan Seacrest's show where Spencer called in while Lo and Stephen were on (PEREZ, you just posted the clip this week), Spencer said that he was there when Lauren was crying about it to Heidi and that Heidi kept trying to help Lauren get it back.
However, on Tyra none of that was brought up. Heidi just said that she "heard from confirmed sources…" Why wouldn't she just say flat out that Lauren told her?
Don't you think this shit is shady? And why are you believing Spencer and Heidi when they have brought you no proof? And if you are sick of them playing he said/she said, why are you promoting it with all of these posts?

Perez, are you serious? You watch the Hills, right? It's pretty clear that the reason Lauren isn't friends with attention whore Heidi anymore is because she betrayed her. It really has nothing to do with the existence of a sex tape. I'm pretty sure there is or was a tape and the situation blew up because Lauren confided is her "friend" about it. My theory…Lauren told Heidi about the tape, Heidi having the maturity level of a 12 year old told Spencer about the tape, probably when she was pissed at Lauren, Spencer of course, being a complete piece of trash, immediately started to sell the tape story to mags to give Lauren bad press and try and get a little more attention for himself and his no talent girlfriend…and that's why Lauren is pissed.
