Pregnant woman busted for DUI… again
Nicole VanNeil is just a year over the legal drinking age, but already has four arrests for driving under the influence.
In the latest case, Hillsborough Sheriff’s Deputies say VanNeil was eight months pregnant when she was pulled over and failed her field sobriety test.
VanNeil’s bulging belly can be seen on video taken from the deputies dash cam. She later refused to take both a urine and breath test and was also charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Her previous DUI arrests came in February of 2004, April of 2005, and a month later in May of 2005. All three of those DUI arrest happened before her 21st birthday.

I don't get why so many people get so many chances with DUI's - especially before you're even 21?! These people are drinking and driving, which can not only kill themselves, but everyone and anyone on the road. Not to mention this women is PREGNANT! Dumbass! This is why you should be required to have a license to have children. it seems that she wasn't, just high on marijuana… which studies have shown has little negative impact on the health of the unborn child, in fact it has historically been during child birth to help the mother cope with the pain. Also of interesting note is that one of the first chemical communications between the mother and child when the fertilized egg implants into the uterine lining involves anandamide (which is the bodies own natural THC).

This is not her FIRST time!!! Addiction is not a disease, speaking from personal experience it's a CHOICE to put the bottle/pipe to your lips. If you want to poison your body (and child!!) with drugs and/oe alcohol that's a choice an ADULT makes for themselves.
