My very best friend is 30 and I am 22, so no. I don't think it's weird at all. She is probably more mature than other girls her age and she finds that an older friend is more her level. Nothing wrong with that.
They are only friends because that Mandy chick wants to be famous and Miley is her friend because its a free way to get beer and meet older guys, DuH

It's a little weird, but remember that teenagers in Hollywood ARE forced to grow up faster, so she probably has more in common with someone around that age than her own. I swore to myself I'd never date a younger guy, and I'm 23 and dated a guy that was (almost) 18. And yes, it actually IS legal. I cared at first when some people said it was sick, but then fuck it, he was mature way beyond his years, he graduated HS earlier, had already started college, lived on his own, etc. And the funny thing is like 40 year old men date girls that are like 18 or 22 or whatever all the time, and no one says too much about that. But geez, be a 23 year old girl and date a guy several years younger, and you're desperate or sick…ugh.

Yeah we were at Disney this week and were just about to get on the Rocking Roller Coaster when they said our back rows weren't boarding until the next coaster went through. The back coaster had 2 kids in hats and then their parents the (father who had the worst mullet hair ever) and a few others. The kids in back started obnoxiously singing LOUDLY. While the rest of us glared at whoever the "special" twits were. When we were getting on, a teenager behind us asked the attendant if that was Miley whatever her last name. He smiled and said "its very possible". Let's just say nobody seemed impress with who they were.
