The Disney channel star was trying to be incognito by going in disguise - a wig, sunglasses and the whole deal.
It didn't work!

yes I think it's really weird that they are friends. Surely Mandy should be hanging out with people her own age…. sort of makes me thinks if that if Miley weren't so famous Mandy definitely would not be her friend. Almost like she's trying to feed off Miley's fame.

ACTUALLY, there is a radio interview from March 28th of this year (I believe that is the date) that Miley did with Ryan Seacrest. She called into the show later than she was supposed to or something. Anyway not far into the interview, Ryan asked something about the Youtube show that she "has with [her] friend and — is her name Mandy?" …or to that effect.
And Miley says this: "Yeah, me and my GIRLFRIEND Mandy…" (I won't bother typing the rest out since it's just about the show).
BTW, I just wonder if that "girlfriend" bit slipped cause she did kinda stumble or sound like she hit a fleeting patch of shortness-of-breath while completing the sentence (and possibly the next, since I can't remember the exact words said next).

But hey, look it up on youtube. And Perez, dude…get a better gaydar…or bi-dar..or something. Miley and Mandy look at each other the way girlfriends do (and not 'girlfriends' in the sense that middle aged women use the term) and their body language towards each other screams chemistry in the hormones-on-fire way.
I noticed in one outing they had together that they get on this parking garage elevator (that's what it looked like at least) and Miley still has Mandy's hand and apparantly Mandy is kinda uncomfortable with PDA from many instances I've seen and she kinda slides her arm away and then Miley latches further up on her arm, at which point, Mandy pulls completely away (I guess at least until the elevator closes them away from the zillions of cameras).

Miley seems like she wants to "show off" Mandy and their extreme 'closeness' and Mandy is a little uncomfortable with the public affection. Watch the episode of their Youtube show called "Never Let You Go" and have a copy of the lyrics to that song…which is by Steelheart…nearby, and when the first scene of them at that table or whatev pops up near the beginning, Miley starts to sing the song from a section that Mandy is obviously not real comfortable with singing for the camera (I would assume for sure this is because of what it is saying), and Miley gives her this quick look that sent shivers of my ex-girlfriend's controlling personality down my spine. Mandy says "I know the words" and then Miley I guess gives her a break and starts with the chorus instead. Somewhere in there you hear Mandy mumble under the words of the song: "I think we should do our country song instead" or to that effect.

Anyway…just sayin. I guess these things don't slide by me too easily as they do some. I could write a small book on all the 'hints' they throw out there but there isn't enough space here…and the audience is viscious here. I'm a fan or theirs but I'm also knowledgeable about at least some of the parts of her life that are being kept secret (obviously not per Miley's choice though…she may be in the closet, but the door is open and she's waving at everyone, maybe hoping someone will be nice enough to tell the world for her since she probably is under contract to shut her own mouth about such things…which is sad and discriminatory.

At least, if I'm completely correct here, she is clever enough to keep tossing a line out in ways that I guess don't violate said contract: Youtube hints that younger fans won't get but older ones may question and only a few will catch the show's sub-plot(or maybe it's the full agenda…I can't really know that one), casually chatting it up with the paparazzi while interacting with Mandy in ways that are obvious yet refutable if she needs to do so for one reason or another, making sure to have contradicting stories in various radio and video interviews (example: she's had boyfriends but "dudes" are "boring" and she's sure they "can tell" that that's not what she's looking for, but oh if some guy comes around that she thinks she might like she'll "give him a chance, but for now that's not what [she's] looking for". Hmmm…
BTW, another interview has her saying (possibly sarcastically but who knows) that she is "boy crazy"…though she didn't sound the least bit thrilled about that statement. It was a little awkward but whatever. Notice she most of the time beats around the bush so well (except I've been there and I know the game) when asked about boys and such. She manages to turn such brilliant phrases as to fool most people into thinking they heard her referring specifically to guys, but listen closer.

At the Oscars she used phrases such as "…when the right SITUATION comes along" and when asked again about what she looks for in a "guy" she really doesn't answer that question if you think about it…she kinda mixes not specifically using the specific pronouns with cutting to how her dad is a great guy (not exactly what they asked but press would print it as her saying "I want to find a guy as sweet as my dad").
So yeah, if you REALLY listen to what Miley Cyrus says and doesn't say, you'll discover a lot more about who she is or may be. She may be still figuring it out herself to tell the truth. And also note that articles in which you don't hear her say it yourself and can't hear HOW she says it and in what tone, it may very well be out of context, misinterpreted (printing her using pronouns like "he" or the word "boyfriend" when she may have actually have answered a question about guys with something more like "I usually like somebody who…" — catch what I'm trying to say?), or whatever.
She may or may not be lesbian or bi, but I'd be willing to bet that she is one or the other. I seriously doubt Miley is 100% heterosexual. I'm quite certain in fact. Yes, I could be wrong, but no, I really doubt that I am. Just sayin.

Well im 21 and one of my best friends is only 13….She was my neighbor for pretty much her whole life so we just had each other to hang w/…so we are still really close. I dont think its wierd! its just a number.
