Miz Minogue kicked off her "X" world tour in Paris on Tuesday night, and by the look of things, it seems pretty fierce.
This latest outing is Kylie's biggest undertaking, costing millions and millions of dollars to put on and taking her to many parts of the world she's never played before, like Russia.
Too bad she's not coming to America! Sad.

Yeah I tottaly agree with Feverme and her comment. and usually i just ignore the commments on perez's blog as they are usually negative comments.. oh and most of them are from USA.. funny this.
Perez.. if you were a famous singer.. Now where would you rather sell your albums. (as in $$ wise etc). USA or the rest of the world.. Hmm. Everyone do your maths on this Question.

Re: emily d – Kylie a role model for young girls… Let me see. A girl who didn't finish high school to appear on a third-rate soap and got lucky singing a cover version of an old song. Moved to the UK where her image became increasingly sexualized, making lots of filmclips showing lots of flesh. Having a series of relationships with different men but not managing to really make a go of any of them. Hanging around with Michael Hutchence couldn't have been too "clean". You get sick, which is unfortunate, but it happens to millions of others. Once better, your self-obsession grows to the point where self-promotion seems to be the purpose of your life - attending countless events, making sure your photo is always in the rag mags, endorsing products you have supposedly designed, trying to (unsuccessfully) conquer the American market and spending millions on a tour to promote your latest album. While all this is going on you have lots of cosmetic procedures done, almost to the point of looking freaky. If I had girls, I don't think I would use Ms Minogue as a positive example of womanhood, as her lifestyle is not what most girls could aspire to anyway. Glad I had boys….

This is very missguided. Whats the deal with stating she has had plastic surgery? She has done no such thing. Since being ill she has avoided botox and apart from botox in past has had no facial surgery. She just pays more attention to her style. Nothing wrong with that.
She is a Rock Star and Actress why wouldnt she want to be sexy. Burlesque is an art form and she is performance Artist.
Kylie carries herself with dignity and humility. She conducts herself very professionally and does not resort to foul language to make a point.
She is confident in her own skin and does not delude herself or others about her strenghts and weaknesses.
Being confident, honest, ambitious and in control of your career and image is to be admired.
Everyone has to work and she works. She works hard and has achieved a lot without stepping on people.
That why many respect her.
