Wow. The CW must be feeling confident that the show's ratings are gonna pick up this coming season!
According to reports, Gossip Girl is going to have an extra long season next year to make up for the episodes missed due to the writer's strike.
The CW is set to make a formal announcement about the extra long season (24 episodes!) at its big upfront event next week.
Additionally, Michelle Trachtenberg is expected to become a full-time cast member on GG!
Y'all can also expect to see Hamptons-based episodes of Gossip Girl.
Um…we will also get to see Fire Island through the eyes of Serena's little bro, Eric?

No offense, Michelle Trachtenberg, but you don't fit in on GG. You're character was so boring and extra predictable in these past two episodes that I didn't even pay much attention and usually my 'eyes are glued to the tv' to watch GG. I do normally like you though, just not on GG. I really hope CW listens to it's GG fans and finds a better fit for evil G…

i am actually missing the show on purpose even though its an amazing show because there are ppl out there that can only watch it online, Maybe its because they live somewhere were it doesnt air or there busy! bring it back online CW thats how i feel
