Coldplay announced on Friday their new "Viva La Vida" trek across North America, which begins June 29th in at the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia and wraps up November 22nd in Salt Lake City.

Coldplay live is like no other band.
Last time when they came to Toronto it was mind blowing how loud and how many people were at each show.
It's not a Coldplay tour unless they stop in Toronto.
Can't wait! They really are amazing live.
They are doing New York too - but it's a free gig. There are lots of places missed off so I bet they come back and do another American tour later on in the year. Last tour they did two lots of gigs in States at different time of the year.

they fucking suck. Radiohead is soooo much better. Just got back from one of their concerts. Absolutely amazing.
Good, now they can make a ton of money recycling the same old crap; the new song sounds really similar to previous stuff. If you ask me, their brilliance ended after Rush of blood to the head. Oh well, at least that established a large fanbase they can milk dry, not to mention iPOD commericals their songs can feature in. Move on, guys, move on- you're rich enough already.

Can someone tell me why NO bands EVER stop in Mississippi or Louisiana? I have lived in MS for 4 years and tours go all around and never stop here. Even while looking at a Clay Aiken tour thing afew years ago every state but here. Does it suck that bad here?

Toronto has the biggest fan base for musicians/groups. I don't see any other city on this list that Coldplay will be playing 2 shows back to back. Unless the schedule changes. Yay Toronto .. we rock .. and so does Coldplay!
