I totally agree–it IS a gateway drug. Cigs are not really a drug, drug. They are addictive but they don't change my perception of things. People think of pot as the "safe" drug, and they start out with that. If they are easily pressured into that then they are usually easily pressured into other drugs also. Trust me, you can have a good time without smoking pot. A friend of mine years ago flipped out after smoking pot and was so paranoid I thought we were going to have to take them to the hospital. So yeah, it can mess up your brain. I don't care if people smoke it in their own house, and DON'T drive……but I do not ever want to see it legalized. That would be a hell of a mess. The last thing I want to see is my niece one day deciding to try pot because it's legal.
