you know, about ten years ago they had a movie just like this song, called 10 Things I Hate About You. Except it was 10 things, not 7, and it was a whole movie, not just one shitty song, and it was based on a Shakespearian play instead of radio disney. There is something weird about a 15 year old girl singing about love and longing for someone. Most 15 year olds don't know anything more then lust. Plus the song sucks donkey ass.

Her new song has the typical pop beat, and she does sound a bit like Avril, so with those elements, you mix out a big pile of crap. As for her scandal, that's what she gets for hanging out with Mandy Jiroux. I'll give Mandy (21) credit, she looks smoking hot, but she's way too old for Miley. Though you can tell who influences her by just looking at the pics that Mandy has.

The Avril formula that the studios created still works, it only isn't working with Avril because she's too old for it to work convincingly.
