All things considered, the only thing offensive and inappropriate about the picture is it's anatomical incorrectness. The male or female body is a beautiful thing, in natural proportions. Youth and virility are celebrated in advertisements every day in modern western civilization, albeit sometimes a little too risque.
In other words, the picture needs a correctly sized phallus, or the subject to be positioned with no phallus in sight.

I am Spanish and I must say that I would not want my kids to see that ad. They are 5 and 8 and play on that Playstation. But it's not appropriate for my children to see this thing. I would not think most mothers would want the little children to see this advertisement.
The ad might be a little silly, but it's memorable, which is the whole point of advertizing, and Europeans tend not to associate shame with sex and nudity like we do in the states. Unlike the US, however, you'll never see soldiers with guns getting blown up in an ad in European print or TV. (Hello Call to Duty!)

The ad is aimed at older gamers and will be shown at an apporpriate time of day. There was no point posting this as the world know Americans cannot handle the humand body but can handle violent gun movies in the morning (i saw thios on holiday in new york). I realised America had issues when the Janet Jacksom nipple thing happened and it was blown out of all proportion. The human body is natural stop being such prudes and get a grip. Gun violence and violent movies/music are far worse than a well preserved body on tv.
