I think those are lilypadz, which are nursing pads that sort of "adhere" to your skin. If she is nursing her baby still (he is certainly young enough that she reasonably could/should be), then she wouldn't be able to go braless without nursing pads - the outline sort of looks like the lilypadz outline.

I don't think they are pasties. I think they are lillypads, which are pads for nursing mom's so they don't leak everywhere (Made of silicone) not sure if she is nursing, but if she is that is what they are, so she's just killing 2 birds with one stone.
