Actually, everyone needs to study the Constitution and Bill of Rights because the "right to marry" (whether for gays or homosexuals) is not a right at all. You people are all ignorant and should know what your rights actually are if you are going to claim to have a "right" to something. It never ceases to amaze me how ignorant liberals are.

Marriage is not a "right." It is a legal relationship endorsed by society through its goverment for the betterment of society. The reality is that very few homosexual desire "marriage." This whole thing is being pushed by a small group of female homosexuals who have adopted kids. Endorsing the concept of two men engaging in anal intercourse is not what a healthy society is all about.

UGH! Why can't people comprehend that allowing gays to marry is NOT the same thing as allowing people to marry animals or children? The difference is CONSENT. Two adults can consent to marry each other. A dog CANNOT give their consent, nor can a child under the age of 18. HOW DIFFICULT IS THAT TO UNDERSTAND??

Its nice when some judges think they speak for the rest of CA and overturn something that was decided BY THE PEOPLE. Right or Not right the people voted for that ban, so because a few want aren't happy with the outcome they get some judges to turn over WHAT THE PEOPLE VOTED FOR.
