Bringing Up Baby

Filed under: Brad Pitt > Baby Blabber > Angelina Jolie

Angelina Jolie dished the dirt about her children and future baby plans at a press conference for Kung Fu Panda in Cannes on Thursday.

When asked about her pregnancy and where she will give birth (yea, we have no idea what that has to do with the movie), she responded, "I actually haven't completely decided. We are certainly thinking of France."

Adding that French is "a second language in the house, although I'm still learning and am not going to attempt any of it here today. My children are starting to speak French, so being here is very good for them and their language."

Jolie was then asked by a Swedish reporter if she'd ever consider giving birth in Sweden.

Ange responded, "Not at this time… But, you never know, there's more babies. Who knows?"

What? MORE babies????

Craziness!

She adds, "All my children are from all different parts of the world, and especially my boys. We do have a teacher who teaches them Cambodian and Vietnamese in our house, and they know their flags and they know their music and they know quite a lot about their culture and [Brad and I] bring in as much as we can and we'll continue to as they get older."

As for Brad Pitt, he was taking care of their four kids while Ange did press conferences.

Though she did say Poppa Smith would be joining her on the red carpet. She says, "He's with our kids right now, but he'll get his suit on at the last minute, I'm sure. He'll pull it together."

We can't wait to see Bradley! He always "pulls it together"!

These two people are certifiably INSANE!!! Did ya'll hear how she answered that reporter's question whether their kids had seen her new movie? She said, "Yes, our oldest THREE kids saw it." Why didn't she just say, "Yeah, they saw it." Why does she have to fuckin' throw it in everyone's faces that she detests Shiloh because she's a blue-eyed blonde and keeps her locked in a dungeon until she needs her as a photo prop? And I'M FUCKIN' SICK of the way she keeps her hand on her belly like, "Look, Jennifer, your husband knocked me up with TWO babies this time. Aren't you jealous?? Hmmm?" All you idiots who walk on your tonuges when you see Skankelina should be ashamed. She's a hair on a boil on the ass of the world!!!

Why once again Shiloh got excluded?!
There is a year between Shiloh and Zahara, but she excludes Shilh from watching her movie with all the rest of them?!
    _
Please stop her from having more biological children before she attends to her problems with Shiloh!
It is not her fault that her mother is a crazy woman.

Is she stupid? What do you mean, 'especially the boys'? They are both from Asia, and Zee is from Africa, so why the emphasis on the boys?
Is it because they are your favourite?!

"We do have a teacher who teaches them Cambodian and Vietnamese"
    *
Doesn't she know these are two DIFFERENY languages that require 2 different teachers?
What is this BS about "their" culture?
They are Americans and their culture is American just like their parents. Any adopted child is exactly like a biological child- and his culture would be whatever his patrnts are and the country in which he is raised.
(in this case- the country of hotel rooms and airplanes).

    Re: tommy
Cambodians don't speak "Cambodian," and if she really had a teacher teaching it…she would know that. They speak Khmer. What a phony

    !
You mean, what a liar. She would invent anything to garner positive PR.

Now that the USA are down (all the planet hates the Americans and the Europeans and Asians are richer than the yankees) all the US rich & famous want to live in Europe and learn a European language.

    Re: L

Living in Europe, I see many families who are bi-lingual. Children are instructed in second languages at very early ages and pick them up quite easily, and by all accounts most Europeans I know speak an average of 2-3 languages. Being multi-lingual opens a lot of doors and opportunities for a person internationally, on a global scale. Additionaly, I agree with poster #33 that if they want to building a loving family with many children, who are we to judge? I remember a time in which our older relatives came from large broods of 5 or more children and those families did just fine…without even a tenth of the resources of the Jolie-Pitts. Live and Let Live.

How classy of Brangelina to teach her boys French - the language of the people who exploited and oppressed them for so long.

Sorry to burst your Mangalina love bubble again, Perez, but there's something rather sick and wrong about a woman who "collects" children like they were dolls–and is beginning to bear them as well, at the same rate. She has a history of compulsion control problems (cutting, sex, etc.) so it sounds like this is the evolution of that disease. The woman seriously needs to get some help.

They'll all be raised by nannies. I guess it's easy not to feel guilty about spending much one on one time with your children when that time is being filled with educational endeavors. I really want to think of these to parents as capable and giving but NOBODY is able to do all they do and still be present parents. More children? They are not thinking clearly.

Please, please, please, have Zahara's hair braided a minimum of once per week. The child's hair should be trained.

    Re: JudyBloom

Why would french be a pretentious language ???
French is a old and beautiful language. She chose french because her mother was french. It's part of their roots, not spanish. It makes sense !
And after all, she does what she wants with her kids !

    Re: Kelly
It would be interesting to learn how many points you'd give your own look.

I speak and understand 3-5 languages, some of them I managed to learn myself (Span. / Ital.) and exactly because I am not privileged and doubt that I will come into an highly influencial political position I think it's a brillant idea to teach them (approbriate to their age, - flags and cultural customs are perfectly okay for children of preschool age, hello?) about their own countries - to some degree - not only will they feel special and worshipped but also they have - as they surely won't need any (haha) competition advantages - a great sense of responsibility for their home countries as yet historically and so nowadays economically disadvantaged parts of our globalized world. It goes without saying that they're not supposed to push their children into that role but! there is no better way to learn about different countries and their needs on world economic and religious scale than travelling - even if the effect of those experiences may take years - opens up a little. Envy and intolerance are a lack of possibilities - and of good will, to conclude with.

We all know what her new obcession is, kids, kids and more kids. It really
is pretty crazy. Why does she keep holding her stomach. is she afraid
it's going to fall? I thought Cannes was about movies not pregnant women.
She does make good money selling their pictures. Both Brad and
Angelina have really aged in the last three years. Maybe they need
to slow down a little bit.

    Re: JudyBloom
    TOTALLY AGREE!!

What the hell?? Not only is French possibly the most pretentious choice, but she says it's a second language in their home, and then goes on to say she wont even attempt to speak it right then. WELL THEN IT'S NOT A SECOND LANGUAGE, RETARD.

I really hate her. I always have.

Did you guys know she's addicted to herion? WHILE PREGNANT

Take that for what you will, but I'm not making it up. Why do you think she keeps having so many complications? How do you think she stays so SKINNY? No one is that skinny when they're pregnant with twins.

She calls photographers herself for photo-ops and sets up her own interviews. She has been really accessible and good to the press so they don't report on her drug use.
