We told you how it was HIGHLY UNLIKELY that Angelina Jolie would be giving birth in August.
The actress announced that her due date was August 19th to reporters in Cannes on Thursday morning.
Well, guess what?
She was just kidding!!!!!
Several of our readers in France have emailed to tell us that Jolie just stated on French television that she is giving birth in a couple of weeks - not on August 19th.
And there you have it!

Come on Perez, you of all people should know celebrities cannot give out exact dates or the paparazzis would be living up their you know what until the due dates. I think Angelina is WONDERFUL!!!

I can see how it would be hard to gauge by eyeing her belly. I mean, we've all seen how absolutely freakin gigantic a woman gets when pregs with twins. But I've never seen an anorexic pregs w/ twins, so who the hell knows! And yeah, she lies, duh.

The only danger in flying during the 3rd trimester is that you may go into labor and be stuck with no doctor on board. I hardly think Angie is flying commercial. Flying does not put you into labor though.

She could have said a couple of weeks. If anyone has ever been pregnant when you go see to the doctor they ask you how many weeks you are along. So if she's due in August she would 13 weeks left. Plus she's not that big for having twins. Lets think back to how big Jennifer Lopez was right before she popped twins.

It was the Today show reporter who said Dustin Hoffman told her that Angie was due 19th August not Angie herself. She wasn't lying, Dustin was (in this case).

Just have to jump on this thread for a second. Actually, I think it's pretty possible she's due in August. I'm pregnant right now, too, and I didn't start showing until the middle of February. My due date happens to be August 14. I wouldn't be surprised, however, if she's gives birth a little sooner because she's having twins,. My guess is that those kids might be born end of July rather than end of August - she's pretty big. But June? I don't think so. JMO

I've heard that they are timing the Caesarean for Bastille Day, July 14, for maximum media exposure in Paris, where they'll be having parades ). Everyone else and their mothers are all having twins these days, so of course Brangelina must outdo them all and get the most attention by popping out the maximum quota of neonates that her emaciated, malnourished body can accommodate. Then Brad will let her rush straight from the operating table immediately after the C-Section and fly off to Africa to bring home three more orphans to adopt. Her due date may be August but she wont be going to 40 weeks. Twins are born early, typically a month. I'm having twins and my due date is July but I know I will be delivering in June.
