The Mayan calender does end in 2012, but nothing of what he's saying is an accurate justification of the world ending. As others have said, the Mayan calender ending at 2012 doesn't necessarily mean the world will end, but rather, start a new era or beginning; now what that actually means can be debated and argued, but no one knows for sure.
As far as Pluto goes, there were many debates of Pluto being called a planet in the first place so it's not surprising that it's no longer being called a planet now.
And mosquitoes have been a problem for ages, so the fact that thats being used as a justification is just stupid.
And the president thing, where do I begin? Just because there is a change in who's running for office and it doesn't attain to the status quo of uptight, graying, tight suited white men does not mean the world is going to end. That's absurd. It's obvious things are changing, and because people can't handle it or accept it, they want to point the finger and be quick to call it a sign that the end is coming, or imply that Clinton or Obama is the "Anti-Christ". It amazes me how ignorant and scared people can be of change.

He is right, the Mayans predicted to the day when the world will end if we don't change our ways and start working together instead of fighting all the time. This is based on fact and says the age of the Earth as we know it will end on 21st December 2012. it can go 1 of 2 ways, if we sort out our collective attitudes and help those worse off than oursleves instead of just thinking me me me all the time we may have a chance, but if we don't and carry on greedy then a catastrophic end will happen!! and i'm not even religious, this is also backed up by the "LOST BOOK of Nostradamus".
