Shia: Making Solo Indy Movie!

George Lucas revealed that there's a VERY good chance that Indy 5 will happen.
Lucas says that he and director Steven Spielberg have left the door open for a sequel to Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, which is expected to open to huge numbers next week.
Lucas goes on to say, "I haven’t even told Steven or Harrison (Ford) this…But I have an idea to make Shia (LeBeouf) the lead character next time and have Harrison come back like Sean Connery did in the last movie. I can see it working out."

I understand the concept of loving an original franchise and understand the touchiness involved with the fans who love it and can't see anyone taking it over. The fact is, it looks like they are and it's not like it was Shia's idea to take over, he's just going to do the best job he can (which is still saying alot) with it and it will deliver. Will it be the same? Is anything ever the same? Ya just hope that it still entertains and we know Shia can certainly entertain so give it a chance with and you'll probably still enjoy it albeit in a different way

I love the idea the Lucas is actually thinking of expanding the Indy franchise even further, however, Harrison Ford will be the only Indiana Jones for the rest of all times.
