Tony Romo is such a gentleman, y'all.
Even though he dumped Jessica Simpson, according to MULTIPLE reports, the Dallas Cowboys quarterback caved in to the pressure and agreed to be her date for Ashlee Simpson's wedding.
The former couple were seen driving into Poppa Joe and Tina Simpson's estate in Encino early Saturday afternoon (above).
And, no, Tony's not wearing a baseball cap to the wedding.
Simpson and Romo had clothes hanging in the back seat.
Poor Jessica.
Her sister's happy day must be so sad for her!

This hate is rediculous. Everyone deserves happiness. Jessica has been through hell back since NOV with all this cowboys crap etc. No human being deserves anything like this. Where is the compassion. Nick was & is no fucking saint here so get over it It didn't work & wasn't working.
Perez I am ashamed of you. Your constant distaste for Jessica shows that you are obsessed with this woman. You need help!! & faster the better.
Jessica is a great girl & some of you should just get off the crap & let her be.
If it turns out that Tony just went to save face then I am going to be pissed with him too. All it does is prolong the hurt for Jess. If its over leave it over. Quit playing the game to save face. That is just MEAN — Poppa Joe wants Jess to save face by having Tony as a date but now Jessica will have to look at her sister's wedding pictures and be reminded of the guy who broke up with her. Who wants an ex-boyfriend in the pictures?
The girl is very high maintenance..She dresses like a hooker most of the time, and has to have her hair in extentions instead of just being the natural beauty she can be. When will she learn that if she stops being the way she is, she will keep a man…101!! Tone it down, girl!!

We in Texas know Tony is a gentlemen when it comes to all people. He is super nice. Joe was his friend long before he ever met Jessica. If Joe asked him to support the family, yes he would do it. Just because a relationship ends it doesn't mean he doesn't care for her. Sometimes love just is not enough to make it work. Tony has compassion for people. He is a stand up guy that kept his committment to attend the wedding.

Maybe I'm crazy… but did anyone think that with the talk of Tony possibly proposing to Jessica, the abrubt breakup, the out of the blue Ashlee wedding announcement, and the not so convincing pregnancy… that maybe, just MAYBE this is all a really well orchestrated sham to hide a Romo/Simpson wedding?

well people just announced the wedding of Ashlee & Pete & it sounds wonderful.
Now if Jess & Tony are split & that is a huge if I would have hoped he had stepped back & if not then just come to the wedding. All this other stuff is not necessary. It just prolongs the inevitable & no one wins & people still hurt. It is nice Tony would come but to help keep a sham if there is one makes him no better.
I truly truly feel compassion for Jess as since NOV she has been through a lot. It's scary as I couldn't do it. I admit yesterday she looked alot happier than today but she could be just overwhelmed finally with everything.

That is so sad! The Simpson family tries, unsuccessfully, to play so many games with the media! Everyone knew when Jessica screwed Nick over months before they admitted to filing for divorce. We all knew that Jessica spent the night with Adam Levine while she was still married to Nick(seriously Adam cutie WTF were you thinking? We will just go with maybe you were drunk!). We all knew that Ashlee's voice sounded like crap even before her acid "reflex" forced her to screw up SNL,(BTW it's REFLUX!). Everyone knew that Ashlee was getting married even if they didn't want to admit it and everyone knows Tony dumped her! I don't get it with this family and the constant lies! That is why both of their pimped out chicks have sucky careers and now Jessica is trying to prey upon the southern hospitality in Nashville and make a country album! Tony should have kept his pride and stayed in Texas. He is crazy for letting them make him a pawn in their crazy little world, but then again I knew he was crazy when he left the beautiful Carrie for a girl who looks like a man,(namely her nasty father! Agreed… And I think since they haven't publicly admitted to breaking up yet, to keep the day focused on the bride and groom, they showed up together. Plus, as much as I am not a Jess fan, I know that if it were me, and I hadnt admitted that we'd broken up, I sure wouldnt want to attend my sister's wedding alone and then have to go thru the "where's Tony", and "the rumors must be true, he's not here" questions and speculation. She (or papa Joe) probably asked him to still go, to save face, as much as to keep the focus on where it should be.
Take a lesson kiddies: This is why we NEVER refer to our boyfriend as our "future husband" before he actually asks us to marry him!

Check the friggin video Jess never called Tony her future husband the interviewer did. Get that straight!! Another thing Adam retracted his statement & another thing Nick was the one that screwed around not Jess. Why do you think he only got 11 million out of that deal. It was to save his own friggin face. he knew if he pushed for more he was opening his own can of worms. How many pics & gossip did we hear of Nick out & partying wioth several women. Nick likes the young ones too. H estill hasn't learned even with Vanessa. Nick is not all that.
I truly feel bad for Jessica & I have no idea how she endures so much hate & ridicule all from a heavily scripted show how many years ago & people can't get past it. they still live in the newly wed days. well karma is playing its role. jessica earlier days looked down on ashlee and thought she was so stupid. as if ashlee.. jessica use to always act like she was better than ashlee. then, she really started acting like she was too good for nick …NOW LOOK! i always use to nodd my head and wonder how jessica could just take so much, and so many people around her for granted! she is getting what she deserves. im sure her dad would be happy if she went everywhere with him holding his hand. always seemed like he wanted to fuck her…as wierd as that sounds. like…if poppa joe couldnt have jessica, then NO MAN could lol.
I must say, I honestly never liked Jessica Simpson. But my heart hurts for her. I was single when my sisters got married, and it sucked. And when one of my best friends got married, my BF stood me up for the ceremony! I had to try to explain where he was (when I had no fucking idea) and then had to face my friend's happiest day when I was about to have a nervous breakdown. Hang in there, Jess. Hope you and Tony can work it out–but a bit of advice: cut loose the apron strings with Daddy. Grow up sister, and get a life of your own. No man will want you if you keep running to Daddy for everything. Good luck.
