The mom-to-be showed off her (seemingly) Botox-free face at the 43rd Annual Academy Of Country Music Awards, where she was supporting husband Keith Urban, in Las Vegas on Sunday.
We can see wrinkles!

someday, perez, when you are old and wrinkled and some young punk is screaming about useless old people that still have the nerve to hang around, you may think differently. cause we all get old and die. you too.
Really, what's it to you all if she IS faking it? It's her life, not ours….I don't believe she is though….tall, skinny women carry it different. I'm the exact same build.
She looks great, and is finally showing. IMO…..she could have done a little something with her hair. Yuck!

I agree. I hated what happened to her a year or two after her split with tom. She got really skinny and had tons of botox, or so it seemed. I used to find her beautiful, and I can honestly say I she IS beautiful again.

Why does everyone think that you are suppose to look like a fat bloated pig when you are pregnant! I only gained between 20-22 pounds on all of my pregnancies (4) and not a stretch mark in sight. Yes, they were normal size babies! One was almost 9 pounds!

She looks like a BIG FAKE ROBOT…like just about everyone else in showbiz. What a disgusting place to announce and have a child. She has had a relationship in front of the world with the biggest loser, Tom Cruise, and has adopted children with him, even worse. After their split, for whatever selfish reason, those kids have had to deal with scientologist bullshit, the birth of the miracle child and nicole's wait for her chosen gem to return from rehab. In the meantime, nicole has filled her face with crap to look younger and has lost all of her cred. I thought she was a good actor and tom too, but now I just think they're freaks. That includes katie…yes, I'm aware that I am not capitalizing…they just aren't worth it. Actors/actresses, as well as singers, reality 'stars' are the bottom of the barrel in society, just recently, and I don't think the trend will change any time soon. There used to be a time when we would look up to them, but now we just can't relate anymore and look down on them.

She totally looks like a woman that is seven months pregnant, especially considering how tall and thin she normally is. Not everyone gets really swollen and huge when they are pregnant. When I was pregnant the only thing I had was a belly, it looked like I had a basketball under my shirt and I never got very big. I gained no weight anywhere else and had NO water retention.

Re: linda – I'm 5', 10" like Nicole and I could zip my pre-pregnant jeans up on the day of my delivery. When you're tall, you don't show with your first child, hardly at all.

1. She always wanted a child but couldn't with Tom.
2. She has had numerous miscarriages before. If she couldn't carry a child before, why can she now when she's in her forties?
3. The announcment came after three months. Why was se so confident that she could carry a child now if she has had so many miscarriages before?
4. She wasn't showing at all a few weeks ago (about three?) and all of a sudden she now has a huge bump.
5. The dress is so thick that you can hardly tell how the bump looks.
