The mom-to-be showed off her (seemingly) Botox-free face at the 43rd Annual Academy Of Country Music Awards, where she was supporting husband Keith Urban, in Las Vegas on Sunday.
We can see wrinkles!
That's a GOOD thing.

first - her face doesn't look any different here than it does in the photos where you say she's frozen from botox. She still looks frozen from botox here. Second, botox is not systemic so she could still be (and probably is) still having it done even though she's preggers. Though it would be hard to find a doc in the US who would do it, around the world things are different. I know - hard to believe that the Japanese women still eat sushi when they're pregnant and those crazy French ladies actually laugh at us Americans for not eating brie while pregs. Oh the horror of it all.

Re: grace – If she has a couple more months to go, she'll balloon up, don't worry. I've had two kids and my belly got pretty big the last couple of months with each pregnancy. She may look a little small now, but just wait. When she's ready to pop she'll be WAY bigger.
Plus it looks like she's eating sensibly too. She looks healthy and happy and has that mommy-to-be glow. I think she's beautiful!
OMG, she's slowly turning into a fake Angelina Jolie: the plastic face and the big lips. The only difference is that Jolie looks naturally like a lolippop sucking pornstar. As for Kidman, she's just a copycat wannabe.

I do not see a difference. She still appears to have the same "look." She doesn't have a wrinkle on her face. But I have seen trout with smaller lips.

I disagree. Do a close up on this bitch it's clear she fucked up her face. And she did more than just botox. The woman is also trying to be like Angelina and plumping up her lips. I don't respect actresses that get work done. They are shallow and vain. The real actresses will tell you how important it is to age gracefully, it's how you really keep a long career (like Katherine Hepburn and Meryl Streep) because you want to be able to move your face. Re: Angel – I agree with you something is fishy. She has been trying for yrs to get pregnant and now at age about 42 she is pregos. You would think for someone with her medical history with miscarriages and etopic pregnancies she would be resting more and not out in public so much. I didn't go out that much when I was pregos at 25. Flying internationally from AU to US how many times since her announcement. In my opinion she doesn't even look pregnant, so what she is finally growing a belly. Not is all well with her in my opinion.

The first pregnancy can be a little weird; the tummy might not grow much. Although if she is starving herself like Hollywood's women usually, the baby might be really tiny, too. I hope she's being reasonable and thinking about her baby over her weight. I think the whole losing-the-babyweight-in-3-weeks- crap has gone way out of hand!
