Hey Perez, I love you lots but I don't believe this is true.
I was front row center at this (AMAZING) concert, and she looked far from stoned. Maybe high on speed or something, but she was definitely not smoking pot. Her mom was also right there and I just can't bring myself to think that she would knowingly let her kid get high, especially before a public event like this. By the way, I am not much of Miley fan…but she puts on a pretty good show (except for some technical difficulties). NKOTB ROCKED IT OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
