The actress, who was arrested for DUI and pot possession last year, has been in Cannes.

Sources are revealing that Muschy was spotted begging a bartender for two more shots of tequila during a party last week.

Yea, that's what someone convicted of a DUI needs, another couple of shots of tequila!

And even better, the New York Daily News is reporting that they saw Fartone at the Hotel du Cap smoking a joint.

She needs to get her life in order before she ends up in rehab.
