It's Called Prison - NOT "Vacation Time"!
Filed under: Legal Matters > Nick Hogan
Prison's a bitch, and the latest prison bitch is not feeling it!
According to friends, Nick Hogan is having a hard time in the slammer. It's apparently so bad that he's having troubling forming sentences to convey how he's feeling. The young Hogan didn't realize, til now, how horrible prison life can be.
Boo hoo!
Now he knows how that poor John Graziano, the victim in his car crash, feels!
Because of threats, Nick has been isolated from the general population.
Solitary confinement can fuck you up!
Nick has an 8 month sentence to serve. He started time on May 9th .
Only 7+ more months to go!

Re: EricJ – Nick's blood alcohol level was tested several hours after the wreck at that time it was.005. Time enough for it to come down some. Also in the state of Florida minors can not have any alcohol in their system.
Seriously people stop being so cruel.Nick didnt intentionally mean to critically injure his best friend. At the end of the day they were just being ignorant kids and thinking they were invicable. It's a terrible thing that happened to graziano, but a real wake up call to teens and people who think that these things cant happen. The real punishment is the guilt that this kid is going to have to live with for the rest of his life, not the jail time so maybe you should all ease up on him.
All you people need to leave him alone. Everyone makes mistakes and I am sure he would take it back if he could. Cassie…he will never burn in hell because he is a good person. I think he made a huge a mistake and he regrets it…he is young and all of you saying these terrible things about him need to take a look at your own lives and shut up! He is young and going through a rough time. Leave him alone. everyone makes mistakes
OMG, this bloke PHYSICALLY harmed another human being. He SHOULD be in prison and throw away the keys.
I went to prison for wanting to know my kids. Its called harassment.
In prison, you grow up… FAST.
I know he didnt mean to harm the other person, but even so in an ADULT world, actions have consequences… hes paying the price for his actions and he shouldnt go crying to Mommy if its tough.
Betcha he wont do that again in a huryy.
Re: Munkybutt –
You mean he physically harmed another human being that willingly went along with what was going on knowing the consequences of the actions. But did it anyhow.
That "another human being" Is responsible for being in the scene of the accident too. No one made him sit in that car drunk without his seatbelt.

Re: cj – A person's blood alcohol level doesn't drop that precipitously after several hours. Assuming he was .08 or above, he would have had to have been tested 2 days later to get a .005. Also, testing occurs at the ER when blood is taken, and I doubt they just let him walk away from the wreck. There would have to be an attending doctor's order for the BAL, and whatever blood is drawn at the time the patient is seen is saved, so if it's true that the actual blood test occurred several hours later, it would have been from blood that was SAVED, not FRESHLY DRAWN. And I'm not clear on the Florida law you mention. If an adult can be found to be NOT legally intoxicated from a BAL, how can there be a double standard for minors?
